Is the procedure safe?
Yes, Prevdent whitening procedure is safe. The tooth enamel is not destroyed during this procedure. This effect has been achieved thanks to the advanced formula, the main ingredient being nano-hydroxyapatite (hydroxyapatite is the main component comprising about 97% of enamel). Artificially produced hydroxyapatite, due to the appropriate ratio of calcium to phosphorus, shows identical properties as its natural counterpart. The second ingredient is a low-concentration 6% hydrogen peroxide (the percentage complies with the latest EU legal requirements).
How long will my teeth stay white?

Prevdent uses technologically advanced ingredients to produce its whitening gel to effectively get rid of discoloration on teeth caused by, among others: smoking, drinking tea, coffee, or red wine.
The Prevdent system is a special system containing a unique combination of 6% hydrogen peroxide along with nano-hydroxyapatite.
What are the recommendations after the procedure?
For at least 24 hours after whitening, you should avoid food and drink containing any dyes (cola, coffee, tea, red meat, tomatoes, soy sauce, etc.). This also applies to fruit, with the exception of bananas.
It is necessary to maintain the so-called “white diet” during this time, that is, to consume products such as milk, water, white bread, fish, rice, cottage cheese. Stick to the rule: I shouldn’t eat anything that could make my white shirt dirty.
